If it is Spring--then hats

I have never been much of a hat wearer--except for warmth...but Spring always meant hats for ladies when I was young. So, when I saw this hat on Google images...it just spoke to me of one of those cool spring mornings and my mother in a hat.....

And since I missed Earth Day I thought I would pass on this little item I read in the April issue of Friends of Silence:
