a whole new world

It has been awhile since I have really been away away...I stood in our front yard yesterday morning and took a picture of shoes in the snow...and now today my shoes are walking in the desert realm for a few days. Pictures will follow. But suffice it to say for now, the light and sky is so different and lifting. I cannot wait for our exploration today--to breathe the dry air--to see the soothing desert colors blending one from another and contrasting with the brilliant blue sky--and few scattered puffy white clouds. Mmmmm.
